Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and must be shipped to a street address. At this time we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Our standard shipping prices apply to all items that show "Standard Shipping" on our website (see chart below). Some products have a special shipping price listed for oversized, heavy or truck freight items. You may also view a map that breaks down Ground Shipping for the continental U.S. All confirmed regular stock orders received by 3 p.m. Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary, please call or e-mail to check the status or shipping times for a specific item. Expedited freight options are also available. Please note: all orders totaling $400 or more require the same billing and shipping address. Customers are required to select the "Same as Billing" address when completing the ordering process.
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, $5.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges. Orders will usually arrive in 5-14 business days.
For shipping to the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands), $10.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges. Orders will usually arrive in 5-14 business days using U.S. Postal Service Delivery.
For shipping to Canada, $29.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs to Canada are subject to change, due to the weight and/or size of your order. public Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Saturday from 9 a.m.

return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
If you have any questions or concerns about a car cover you have received,

If you find it necessary to cancel a custom car cover order, please call
800.423.5525. If your order is not cancelled within 24 hours of placing
it, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Other Catalog Items:
Please fill out and include the exchange/return form located below or on the
back of your packing slip in the return package. Please keep a copy of both
sides of your packing slip for your records.
Return any new or unused product, including all hardware and printed matter, in
its original package within 90 days.
Be sure to send the package prepaid. All collect shipments will be refused.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend sending
merchandise via UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service Insured.
